Dr. Sree Sree Shivakumara Swamiji has founded and nurtured Sree Siddaganga Education Society in 1963 & running more than 123 educational institutions across various locations of Karnataka.
The Society takes pride that the outgoing students of its institutions have successful career placements and a large number of them have occupied the coveted jobs in private and public sectors. Since 1963, the growth of the Society is phenomenal. This has been possible mainly due to the strong conviction, clarity of vision, determined plan of action of the management and dedicated band of people and their down-to-earth approach.
The vision of Dr. Sree Sree Shivakumara Mahashivayogigalu of providing quality education has been carried forward by His Holiness Sree Sree Siddalinga Swamiji, the current President of Sree SiddagangaEducation Society.
Shree Siddaganga Institute of Nursing Sciences and Research Centre was established in 1993 by Sree Siddaganga Education Society and is affiliated to Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, Bangalore and approved by Indian Nursing Council. The college offers various nursing programmes at the undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
The motivated faculty, ambitious students and exceptional professorial approach coupled with advanced facilities and infrastructure make Shree Siddaganga Institute of Nursing Sciences and Research Centre as one of the most acclaimed nursing education institution in Karnataka. The quality education offered at the college has prepared over 2500 professional nurses who are contributing positively to community, society and the world.
